We delivered a 30kW solar PV installation using a FoxESS inverter for one of six Gloucestershire schools taking part in a solar pilot scheme. The goal of the project was to assess the potential energy and cost savings achievable through on-site generation.


The system was optimised to align closely with the school’s daytime usage, ensuring maximum self-consumption of the electricity produced. The FoxESS inverter also gives the option to add battery storage at a later stage, supporting a longer-term approach to energy independence and sustainability across the pilot programme.
