Westbury on Severn Farm

We retrofitted an 80kWh battery storage system to an existing 200kW solar PV installation. The new battery system, supplied by Soltaro, was AC coupled, allowing it to be integrated smoothly with the existing infrastructure without major changes to the original solar array.

This upgrade gives the client the ability to store surplus energy generated during the day and use it during periods of higher demand or at night, increasing self-consumption and reducing reliance on the grid. The installation was completed with minimal disruption to the existing system, providing the client with greater energy flexibility and improved overall system efficiency.
